Giveaway rules

1. No purchase necessary. Free to enter. One entry per household.
2. Open to adults 18 and older with a home in Helena or East Helena, Montana.
3. Apartments, rentals and move-outs: we need the landlord's written permission before we paint.
4. Enter by 12:00 noon on Sunday, November 15, 2026. One winner is drawn at random at 1:00 pm that day, posted on our website and Facebook by 2:00 pm, and contacted by phone or text. The winner has 48 hours to reply, or a new winner will be drawn.
5. Prize: free labor to paint one room, up to 12 x 14 feet, done the weekend before or the weekend after Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26, 2026), your choice. Rooms larger than 12 x 14 feet: the winner pays for the extra area at our regular rate.
6. The winner provides the paint and supplies, unless the winner refers 10 people who schedule work with Rocky Mtn Flip Solutions before the painting date. Then we pay for the paint and all materials.
7. Room prep is the homeowner's responsibility. Before we arrive, please clear all items out of the room. Large furniture that can't be moved out must be moved to the center of the room so we can reach all 4 walls; we'll cover it with plastic (please let us know about large items ahead of time). Rocky Mtn Flip Solutions is not responsible for items left in the room, including breakage or paint.
8. The prize can't be traded for cash. Major wall repairs found before painting will be quoted separately.
9. We may share the winner's first name, town and before-and-after photos of the room, with the winner's OK.
10. Your information is only used for this giveaway and to contact you about our services. We never sell it.
